Anyone else have this, or better yet, figured out how to fix it? I think I mostly just notice it when the sunroof is open at all. I can stop it by pressing against the ceiling near the passengers visor. I know it isn't the visor itself however.

 

I fixed a similar problem with double-sided scotch applied to some plastic part b/w the roof and headliner, in front of the sunroof, behind the trim.

I have it too... Plan on fixing it the same way, just haven't bothered yet.

 

Did you have to take the headliner down to fix the rattle? I have the same rattle.

 

No, just the trim piece around the sunroof opening. Sorry, it was a while ago, but IIRC, there are two or three tabs and once disconnected you can pull the trim away/down and it gives some space b/w roof and headliner.
