Cause at that price point, you can get one with your own pick of options. It'll be hard to sell a car for that much without having the choice to pick your own options.

There's currently ONE Clubman and 67 hatch/verts on Ebay.It may be a PIA but that's where it will sell.Use craigslist as a backup.

So okay you want to sell it but i paid less than that for mine with all the same factory options.

Granted you did spend some bucks on the M7 INTERCOOLER, SILICONE TUBES AND SUPER AGS INDUCTION, but some people may not be interested in that.

And as a last comment. most of us here already have a MINI so unless we are really looking for another one then we will not be looking in the market place to find one. And if we are looking for one we are probalby looking for something to our specs not what you wanted.

Best bet try ebay. You may actually get more than you are asking.

I put my regular MC on Craig's List and I had four offers, granted I was trying to sell it for fair market value. Unfortunately for my finances, my wife refused to give it up so I never did end up selling it.

Modifications generally don't add value to a vehicle. In most cases you'll do better taking them off and selling the parts separately, then selling the vehicle to the general "don't have a MINI and want one NOW" public. Most of us here have one and can wait for the time it takes to order one exactly like we want it if we want another.
If you don't want to pay for Ebay, Craigslist is free, try that.

According to the MINI configurator, a new one would cost $32,361. So $31,700 isn't much of a discount off of the original price.

Maybe because of price? You are asking a lot more than what our car will be once it gets here. Maybe your option list reflects that price, but, it just means options we didn't want in the first place.

The other thing working against you is the ease with which Mini makes the ordering process.

And, having to travel a full day just to look at the car is a significant expense. Last, but, not least, is private sales always carry some risk with them.

So, my choice would be, spend $5k less and order what I want, or, spend travel costs just to look at yours, then decide if I want it (a 'used' car) at that much higher price.

Don't know where you're located, but I checked the classifieds here, and on the boards of the regional/local clubs before I ordered. Don't know what the protocol is for joining those then posting a for sale ad, but it might be another outlet for you.

Good luck!

I noticed the car is still for sale in the marketplace, and he hasn't posted since he started this thread.
