Hello Good People! Happy Monday. I'm back! Found this at church yesterday in Simi...Enjoy! Saw another one of these on the 118 freeway in the San Fernando Valley, but too fast for me to snap a picture.

 

Ok, here's another one for all to enjoy, although no points for me, as it was taken by a co-worker who knows we're waiting for our Clubman!! This was taken in the San Fernando Valley this weekend.

 

HTClubman, Congrats on your parked Clubbie and demonstrating integrity on the 2nd one. For the rest of you, you may be tempted at some point (if not already) to use a photo someone else snapped. Let this be a reminder, this competition is about photos you yourself snap (or at least someone in your vehicle if it's not safe for you to do so). Please don't send out a mass email to all your friends and family asking them to snap photos for you.

One of the members from my internet group of Mini friends has started a "Clubman Capture" contest.

Even though my spouse HTClubman posted, I needed to post, I would drive by and ocassionally fish at Lake Henshaw on my way to get a pie and food in Julian or would drive to the Junction and head 79 North and drive through the middle of nowhere to get to Palm Springs.

Those were the good old days when I was a wireless tech and would work on towers up there. Always fun to play in the snow in San Diego County.

There are some great roads around there Pala Rd. east from 15 to Palomar, 78 east From Julian, 79 South to the 8, 67 through Mt. Woodson to Julian. Glad to see you were driving around some fun places. I used to be able to drive pretty fast around those areas, or as fast as I could make my work Jeep Cherokee go.

 

Spotted this one Sunday just outside the Vatican while in Rome on vacation.
