FastMini.net interior LED kits
hey groovies.. another post from sunny australia.. (well, not at the moment.. raining like crap)..
has anyone obtained the fastmini LED bundle kit for a clubman and installed them? http://www.fastmini.net/ledinli.html
i'm wondering how good they are, how easy they are to install (even for a screwdriver challenged person such as myself), and what they look like.
i'm keen on blue - as the car is blue, but not sure how bright they are.
appreciate anyone's thoughts. ;-)

Im in Aus too - looking at getting the Blue LED kit... until I saw the $85 postage cost to Australia.... Have you decided on getting them yet?
Awaiting reply from the site to see if the postage costs are accurate....

Hi Rasputinj - here are some pics on another thread.
I guess that the clubman would look the same up front.

I already installed them all except the maplights and the glove box light. I was pretty impressed. They are not necessarily brighter but they are whiter. It was pretty easy to install. You use a flathead screwdriver and pop the lens and then carefully pull the bulb. Try not to burn yourself. Then carefully put the LED light in the same way. If it doesn't turn on, then rotate it 180 degrees and reinsert. The maplights are kinda scary. I need to take the time to look at it and figure out how to take it apart. As for the glove box light, the bulb they provided was a little too short so I have to see how to fix it. I like the way it came out. The kit had enough lights for the doors, footwells, overhead light, boot light and I used 2 lights for the license plate. I am getting a check engine light now for the exterior lights now. I am thinking its because of those lights so I am planning on pulling them out and seeing if the error message goes away. But the plate lights look sweet.
hope that helps

Just don' install the map lights, then you will still have white lights for map reading.
Not a reputable compay!
Called these guys on a product they were advertising to make sure it was the same as advertised by other dealers and after they checked it out they told me the sale price was wrong and would NOT stand behind the advertised price. I'll never ever do business with these guys!!!
