Colors

What would you say are the most chosen colors, and which would be the least chosen....? I guess you could even include color combos if you fancy!

From your screen name, white with orange stripe?

My guesses are that Pure Silver is the least ordered color. Hot Chocolate, Chile Red and Lightning Blue are probably bunched together at the top of the list.

That would be international orange

Yeah I concur with the blue, and HC, but I have also seen a lot of PW. I am slowly leaning towards changing to Nightfire Red.

I *love* NFR but it wasn't available in the S.

After seeing the HC, I couldn't resist having a chocolate car!

I was sitting here trying to figure out what color "DFW" was.

"Dark Frozen Wheat"?
"Dirty Foot Water"?
"Day Fever Wisteria"?
"Deep Forest Willow"?
"Dorky Fuchsia Watermelon"?
"Danish Fencing White"?

Then it hit me what you were getting at.

(Still, I'd take one in Danish Fencing White any day of the week).

I don't know...might not be ordered as often....but Pure silver was one of the pre-spec dealer lot cars along with the popular Blue, Red, and Brown....so my guess is that not as many were ordered, but a lot of them are out there because they were the first cars available.

I agree....the red, blue, pepper white, and brown seem to be very popular. I haven't seen many British Racing Green ones posted up here and not as many dark silvers as I had expected.

Not MINI or Vlubman specific, but...

http://www.cars.com/go/advice/Story....=&aff=national

The spouse asked if they made all MINI's in red with white roofs and then repainted them.

If you are looking for a used (pre-owed) one I heard they only made space blue in 2006? I think they made purple that same year? Have yet to see a purple on the road...

I think any color looks great on a MINI because of all the accents and the general look of the car. I really love the Pepper White, Nightfire Red is gorgeous, and I love British Racing Green. I was outvoted in my family and we're going with Sparkling Silver which I didn't like until I saw it on the dealer's lot. Thought the BRG might be high maintenance to keep clean and sharp, same with the PW.

Well, I've only seen one other Mellow Yellow in addition to mine that's on order. You see them frequently in the Hardtop, but it's Hen's Teeth in the Clubman. But, you can't get the S in MY, so if you are set on an S then no yellow for you (in the famous Soup **** voice!).
