Clear tails on a 'vert

Installed them this weekend. Had to do some bulb replacements to get them to work on the 05+ tail light setup but I think they look nice with the white boot stripes. (And before you yell at me for not having my roof down, it's been non-functioning for over a month now...don't ask)

Looks nice! I like the white stripes covering the hinges, too. You don't usually see that.

But, you know I am going to have to ask. What's up with your roof?

Thanks!
The roof-well first it would work when it felt like it. I was told it was the software and they updated it (beginning of July). It continued to work when it felt like it then a few weeks ago stopped working all together. Brought it to the dealer on Aug 8th and they ordered some parts. Parts are in and I called to make and appointment, and nothing is available until Sept 5th. I left a message for the service manager seeing if they could get me in sooner. I am so glad I paid the extra money to have a soft top hard top and miss the best open motoring of the year

That's so sad!
Well, it HAS been pretty hot. I think you can console yourself with the fact that you will be enjoying all the wonderful fall weather in your wonderful MINI cabrio. (I know I will be.)

Well it looks sweet, hopefully you'll get the roof fixed soon, are there other dealers in the area that can get you in sooner?

There might be, but they'd probably have to order the parts too and they don't give loaner cars.
