Hello all.

I have seen a pink MCSC around my town a few times over the past few months and thought it was really cool. Well, I saw it again today and managed to snap a few pics (taken on a digital camcorder.. so the the best quality). I have spoken to my local MINI dealership about this car and they said they had it custom painted for a customer who gave it to his wife as a gift. Pretty cool!! Here are the pics:

That acually looks a lot better than I thought it would. Don't get me wrong I'm not going to paint my MINI pink but I really admire the individuality of it . I think that is so nice that the husband got it custom painted for the wife. You should try to hunt down this pink motorer and try to get her story . Maybe make her become a NAM member so we can all stary talking to her.

 

From what my dealership told me, it is a privately owned car.. not Mary Kay or any promotional thing. I guess the guy's wife just really likes pink.

I have seen her driving it, and it looks great moving down the road. Certainly an eye catcher!

Looks like a car for "The Short Bus"

 

The guys at the dealership warned the guy who bought it that painting it would kill the resale value, and he said that he didn't care. It was for his wife and that she would love it.

I think it looks awesome. I would love to see my wife driving around in a pink MCS.

Last I heard she was going to keep the Liquid Yellow MINI.

 

Fab color! Totally outrageous and totally fun! I could almost see myself in one, if I lived somewhere more hip than West MI. Of course, it would have to be a second car...EB has been my fave color long before MINIs were back in the US and I couldn't bear to part with Giles.

 

This car has been seen in Westport, CT.. which is a very expensive town. Lots of well-to-do and famous people. So she can get away with it here without getting any funny looks. I am sure that all of the local SUV driving soccer moms and jealous of it!

That's nice but I think I still like the "Stoopid Girl" pink MINI better. More attitude, more quirky. But then what do I know...I'm a guy.

Emis' is awesome. I think it fits her perfect, too. I like how it's alot punkier. That one's more classy/retro. I think i'd stick with playful barbie. But i'm scared of how it would turn out. I especially hate pink cars with red tail lights... you'd have to go clear. Like Emis :P
