had a dead flat battery so rear tailgate/trunk would not open, read the owners manual which says put key in small opening on top of seat back, turn and fold down, done that and no way would they fold down, luckily i had a spare battery so could use jumper terminal under hood to get power to open tailgate.
So what is the secret way of getting the seat backs down or how do you get to manual latch
