Windshield Jet Not Squirting

I have a 2007 convertible and am having problems with the passenger side washer jet. The fliud container is full and the pump is working (headlight and driver's side jet works).

My next thought is some crud blocking the jet but don't know how to check it.

Thoughts?

You can use a straight pin and carefully insert it into the hole in the nozzle (there should be two) think hollow BB, insert the straight pin a couple of times and try the washers, you can also use the straight pin to adjust the jet once it start flowing again.

Motor on!

Check on the underside of the hood...sometimes an add-on can pinch the tubing... Strut bars are common here...
Also with temps dropping, be sure to switch to winter freeze resistant fluid...sure Florida is deep South...but frost still hits..

Thanks for the tips. I'll check for a pinch because I do have a strut bar.

The straight pin tip is a good idea as well. I didn't know how to change the trajectory of the fluid. Now I can get the driver's side jet from missing half the driver side windshield

Could be clogged or the connection under the nozzle is loose . Leaking. Check with the pin first.

Thanks

Sometimes there are in-line anti-return valves that can get blocked also. They are little barrels about the size of a 35mm film in the pipework underneath the bonnet.

I took a look at it tonight and tried to unplug the jets with a straight pin - no luck. However, when I opened the hood to check for a pinch in the line from the strut bar fluid ran out from the hood (from trying to use the jets after the pin try).

It seems there might be a leak between the hood and the heat shield connected to the hood. I am planning on checking it this weekend.

Sounds like they are disconnected.

You were right, they were disconnected. It was quite an easy fix. Thank you for all the information.
