R52 Best spring for my car.. help

Best spring for my car.. help

well i want to lower my car about 1.2 to 1.5 inch, and i want to know what are some good springs for my daily driver and where to buy them. thanks
i have an 05 MCC.

I have the H-Sport progressive dampening springs and LOVE THEM!

What type of Mini do you have? If a MCS, I do not know of any spring that will lower it as much as you want. You might need to go with coil-overs.

They're usually 1-1.3 for MCS's....MC's lower a little less

I have a set of h-sports in the marketplace for sale for $120+shipping. They lower 1 inch front and back.

Well on that note, I've got some H&R springs for sale that drop 1.3 inches

Be sure to validate the fitness of any springs you're looking at for a cabrio - it's a bit heavier than the coupe, and that can matter...

What do you mean by "fitness".....just spring rates? I know H&R's are upwards of 320 which should be fine for a Cabrio especially a Cooper which already weighs less than an MCS.

Yeah - spring rates.

e.g. - some folks have reported that progressive springs were pretty much compressed to "firm" by the extra weight of the cabrio...
