My 2008 had the remote top opening when I bought it, but the dealer couldn't find the option for both doors to unlock with one press.

Oh, and Lois... I have a nice picture for you of a nice motoring trip my son and I took to Wrigley Field on Saturday. We watched from a right field rooftop the clinching game against the hated Redbirds.

Who drives to Wrigley Field even in a Mini Convertible... That is why they invented the El

Since this is a thread on the Convience Opening Feature: Could you open your car on the street from the rooftop?

Would have been cool, but then I would have had to go out to close it up. Too many creepy people walking around, like this guy (bonus points to anyone who can tell who this "famous" Cub fan is pictured with my son):
