Trade it in....seriously, if you already have JCW, it is going to be tough to do something which gains more HP and doesn't void your warranty. If you aren't that interested in warranty, then you paid too much for the HP JCW gave you....

I guess you could look to lighten rims or something like this, but I think you are going to be hard pressed to get a lot more HP w/o killing the best part of the JCW kit (warranty)...

JCW what more do you want? On the John Cooper Works website they had this kit for about 1200 lbs but only in the UK and it consisted of a higher RPM supercharger and different exhaust. total BHP is 220 with that extra kit.

It all depends on what feeling you are looking for, is it really more hp like for drag racing or just more pep/responsiveness when you need it? Lighter wheels and good tires, if you don't already have them, is just the thing to give your car more responsiveness in pick up and braking due to the lighter better footing. Losing weight elsewhere makes a difference too, but its not like strapping on a rocket in either case - so before you dish out more money measure your desires and expectations... (and remember, gobs of hp on the fwd might just lead to wheelspin and torque steer, so personally I don't know if I'd mess with the balance of handling and hp myself).

How big is your budget and how much power do you want ?

You can go the twin-charge (turbo and supercharger) or just turbo route.

You can change the head and the cams and rebuild the bottom end (lighten and balance) and you can get higehr flow manifolds, cat and cat-back.

All depends on your budget.......

The biggest single difference to my car has been lighter wheels/tires.

Do weight reduction pulleys give a noticeable difference? Can you tell the difference by "butt-dyno"?
Trade-in, nitrous are both out of my question.
The only downside to chip tuning on MCS is that it's not quite bang for the buck, such a little increase for couple hundred bucks :(

Would aftermarket highflow cats, cat back such as Milltek ones have noticeable gains compared to my jcw unit?? I'm really interested since a friend of mine can give me a great deal on Milltek stuff.

And on the $$high-end$$... If money is not a factor, but warranty is, you can always have your dealer install a Dinan kit. beddy nice! (dinancars.com)

Personally, I'd go with the wheels/tires and be satisfied. and there are more things to improve the efficiency of the MINI as well, such as suspension bits, etc. but i'm totally not the expert on that!
