Sooo Happy

I went to Tarrytown today and met Shoe and got my engine damper intalled on my 06 MCS,

I just had to say,
this is the MOST AMAZING mod for this kinda money. I fell in love with it when i took it down the street after Shoe installed it.

I just couldnt be happier!
Thank you soooo sooo much, i couldnt be more happy

Really, it makes that much of a difference? Hmmm...I just may have to consider it. Price is decent too.

The only thing I'm afraid of is if my dealer sees it. I guess I can just unbolt the damper assembly leaving the brackets on before taking it to the dealership for service.

yep, go over a predetermined road where there's repetitive bumps on it
and try accelerating from say 10mph-35mph in 2nd with and without the
damper.

the spool up is considerably more consistent with the damper.

yes yes yes, that was the second thing, over bumps the car was actually accelerating very smoothly compared to how it accelerated before i got my damper installed

So what you're saying is that it helps with wheel hop?

That's a good thing.

This may have moved up on the list.

Helps with the following:

1) Studder when moving from a standstill (that dreaded like-you-don't-know-how-to-drive-stick kind of studder)

2) Faster, smoother shifts - no longer is there a clunk in between shifts

3) Less overall engine movement/sloppiness, i.e. over bumps and stuff.

Best bang for the buck mod out there! (In my humble opinion of course. )
