low mileage

Im curious to know who has the lowest milage with a 2002 or 2003 mini. I have a 2003 MCS with only about 28k on it, i cant see anyone's being much lower. My commute untill recently has been short.

Darn, that is good!! My '03 daily driver has 44K...but there are crazy folks who park their MINI a good portion of the year. They'll be the ones with the lowest mileage. I prefer driving mine, though.

My 2002 MCS has 27k on it. When I purchased it in September it had 21k.

My 02 MC now has 40,000 on it. Sigh! It had a short 35,000 when I bought it. I've been in a driving frenzy lately. I....can't....seem.....to.....stop......driving... ..!!!! HILLS, CURVES...I'm addicted man!!!!

I had a 2003 Velvet Red MC with 23k on it when I traded it in for GP1292. I got it July 3, 2003 and traded it November 10, 2006. It was cherry!!

Ok, I know this is not a good thing, but my 03 MC has less than 10,000 miles.

those of you with about 10-11k on 2003 minis must have 4 other cars to choose from each day...

Yep, I have four other cars, (all old), one is a 69 Chevelle Malibu that I rarely drive. Drive my 86 Madza B2000 a lot.

The MINI is great fun when I do drive it. I'll probably keep it for as long as I can still drive, and by then it might have 50,000 miles on it.

I use my 2003 for-
Daily driving and commuting to work
Road rallys with the local MINI club and BMW club
Autocross and track lapping sessions
Driving school events
I've got 33,000 miles so far.

In my area there is a nice 2004 PW MCS with JCW kit with about 3000 miles on it up for sale. Painted PW wheel arches and SSR comp 16" silver wheels with Avon Tech M500 tires. Only taken out on sunny days. Not used for commuting.

My 2006 has 2275 miles and is 3.5 months old... So it works out to about 650 miles a month... I guess if I keep on that track, it'll have 23,400 in three years... Mmm, I don't see that happening though
Oh, and it's my only car.

My 02 MCS has 14300 on it. I bought it 11/04 with 4700 on the odometer. I quessed it was 30 months old than. So I'm averaging between 4-5 K a year. It's not an everyday driver and was never intended to be and never will.

When I first got it, it was the the most dependable car we had so it got used for the 300 mile trips to see the grand kids, I bought a 04 pick-up last April so I'm driving it even less now.
