After lusting after buying a Mini for over two years now, I'm finally eeking out some dollars and picking up my new 2002 CR/W MCS tonight. This is perhaps going to be one of the best days of my life.

Congrats! I see you are from Norwalk. I just moved from Norwalk to North Carolina a year ago. (I grew up in Westport) Where in town did you live? I wonder if you ever saw me in my MINI....

 

Congrats! Maybe we'll cross paths on the road sometime. By the way I know the feeling of wanting a MINI badly and waiting a long time for it. I waited 3 years for a MINI. First saw one at the car show in NY 2003. Had to have one after that. Just didn't have the money or was in the right situation (commute way too long).

wmba- i probably talked to you once or twice on here, or anoter mini board. I used to live in westport up off of Sturges Highway, and now I live in norwalk in SoNo, up on the hill (off couch st). First thing I need to order for this is the euro shelf, and a cubby for behind the cupholders. There's no place to put anything!
