That is absolutely awesome!

Of course 12 year olds can race. Depends on the kind of racing. They do it in pretty high performance karts all the time with no cage or body work.

This is one of those examples of why no matter how cool the old minis were, I'd rather be in a new one.

If this happened in the states I'm sure the parents would try to sue MINI and the racetrack and anyone else they could.

I raced carts at 11 up until I was too big for the lowpowered class

that makes all my muscles go weak. its amazing he survived that!
