Wife took the MINI again :)

Well after the 1st week of owning our 2003 Mini S, we put almost 400 miles on it. I only drive 15 miles a day to work so not to bad should of been more.

More importantly, my WIFE took the Mini again for her "store" run.

How am I going to find time to paint the calipers...

laters...

This is how many families became multi-MINI homes.

Share it you know how much fun it is,

I feel you pain Mr. D. We got "our" MCS and the same phenomenon was occuring.....so we got another MCS. Also she had no interest in "mods"....so what were we to do?

After I got my MINI I always found myself driving to the far away grocery store rather than the one nearby. And my husband was more than willing to run errands for me, provided he got to take my car!

It could be worse. You still get to see your MINI and occasionally drive it. The soon to be Ex-MrsDiff got MIB and I don't get to see or drive MIB!

Oh, the things I wish I could say! But this is a good-natured forum, so I won't.

Welcome to the MINI world. I've found myself driving out of my way to get to the grocery store as does my wife. Basically one of the "problems" with motoring. You'll get accustomed to it!

Don't wait too long for the 2nd MINI, doing so may cause a sustained reduction in color palette recognition.

13 Months!

Having two MINIs doesn't mean the end of all driving-related problems.

We used to debate over WHICH of the MINIs we're going to take and who gets to drive. Our resolution to avoid such debates: We take the one which has the least miles on the odometer. Right now, The PW leads the CR by 119 miles. I'll catch up this week though.

I got a manual MINI. My wife can't drive a manual. We will still end up with a second MINI because she is jealous and wants to drive.

Same problem ? Wasn't your wife the one that had the MINI first ?

I think your problem was that your wife was taking HER MINI and you couldn't steal it from her.

Still... two MINIs is a very cool situation.

That was EXACTLY the problem!!! He kept wanting to take my car, so finally we just had to get him his own.
