We ordered them at the same time. Hers arrived a couple weeks earlier than mine (I told her they were joy riding around the factory in mine because it's sooooooooooo cool) . So we picked hers up on June 9th and mine on the 23rd. Would have been tons of fun to pick them both up together but logistically, this worked out great.

Question for you: Who details your two MINIs ? Each of you do your own, you do both, or Jen does both ?

I do. I'm just glad she picks up her crap in this car, With the car she had before this she would never clean it out so there would be a layer of paper and soda cans everywhere. so about once a month i would take a paper bag out there and throw everything away. But with the mini shes been very good about throwing things alway and not letting them collect in there. The thing we are fighting about now is who gets to park in the Garage. thats the problem with living in an apartment with a 1 car garage.

 

Next step... move to a house with a 2-car garage !!

Yep, I do the detailing on both MINIs as well. Roxanne is pretty good about keeping her interior crap-free but she's not as obsessive as I am. So, if she were to detail her MINI, I would be going over it again afterwards anyway. Might as well do it from the start !

Yea a house would be nice but it's stupid to buy right now in this part of cal, so i guess that will have to wait untill the houseing market turns around. But untill then it looks like unless i want to sleep in my car in the garage, i will be getting a car cover.

 

Or... tell Jen the NEWER and more VALUABLE of the two goes in the garage.
