What interior and dash color combo did you go with?
I'm thinking about Panther Leather but no one
can tell me what the back seats look like.
Dash color can't nail down.
If you have pixs please share.

 

On my RG/RG, I have Octagon Cloth/leather in Tartar Red/Black Panther, 7 interior in Black Piano.

 

Well, as purchased I got the anthracite interior with the plain black leatherette. (Showroom vehicle) But 'm changing eveything around, (Would have anyway) Going with the Carbon Fibre panels and having custom seat covers made to look like the Panther Leather but with a dark grey wrap, silver inserts, and red piping. Interior is so dark I thought it needed a little pop!

 

I went with Space Grey cloth seats, alloy Patina dash and doors, and anthracite headliner. I think it goes well with the exterior.

 

RG/RG - tartan seats, and CheckMate Dash.

The Checkmate dash IS royal grey.

 

 

I don't have a digital camera, so no pics. I DO have a RG/RG MCS with black leatherette seats and anthracite, with the Park Lane dash, though.

 

On Basil I went with the Anthracite dash and the grey/black leatherette...

 

I'm getting:
-Black English Panther
-Silver trim (to match seat piping and roof)
-Chrome line interior

 

maxicooper: your RG/RG with tartan+piano looks awesome. i was originally considering tartan+piano, but i wanted to go RG/S, and thought that the red,black, RG, and silver would seem a bit busy....

minigrrl000, your basil and my tini are just about twins. i also went with the anthracite/grey/black leatherette, RG, with silver hood, mirrors, and bonet stripes... i'm picking up tini on saturday, and was a bit worried about how the whole combination would work out, but after seeing your shots, im quite content. :D

 

comport- You have made a good decision my friend! You will be fully satisfied..I've gotten nothing but compliments from everyone on the color combination of our mini's. Everyone thinks it's so classy and sporty, plus the color's not screaming to get noticed, so maybe less inclined to come to the attention of the law

wow... that interior is sweet!

 

English Panther W/Grey piping.

As the colour is really a grey, it makes the interior feel much larger.

Another advantage, when in the hot Cali sun... Nice on the old bum, nooo scorching.

 

ootah, that is VEDDY nice.

Also consider the black/tan combination leather interior, with body color dash (may have to have the dash custom done). That Royal Grey is such a rich earthy hue that I'd stick with the earthy tones, personally, rather than the colors in the "blue/grey" family, even to the extent of doing a body-color roof. IMHO its one of the richest (most valuable-looking or grown-up-looking) colors Mini offers.

I was (holds fingers very close together) THIS CLOSE to a Royal Grey with matching roof, but my Astro Black/Grey Checkmate showed up and that was that.

I went with the RG/RG black leatherett (*sp) anthricite dash and head liner. It's pretty dark and nice. I also scored the JCW floor mats which I like..

Also for the bum scorching, tint is the greatest thing ever

I do have to say, window tints look HOT with the Royal Grey!!
