R50/53 Second Thoughts???
Toyota will never be able to make a car like MINI.
Because they are always thinking about average users who prefer average cars like Camry.
Don't worry! As everyone says, you are in the right track !!!
Enjoy motoring!

Great thread: Pig Latin, a person w/ a defective keyboard (or is it kyebaodr?) and a controversial idea- "MINI isn't the best choice?!" and nobody got trashed!
As far as the MINI cabrio is concerned (and welcome to the board by the way
Ow-nay et-gay out-ay here-tay and-ay otor-may!!!
>>You are probably right Needler...I just wonder what it would be like...dream dream dream... <<
CooperSpeed: There's little harm in a test drive. Chances are that you won't like the feel of the MR2 quite as much as the MCS. (Not that I've driven a new one, mostly just guessing based on articles and the comments here.) Anyhow - if you DO like it that much more, well, then wait a couple weeks and go test drive it again. If you STILL like it more, wait another couple of weeks and test drive it again! If after your third test drive, you STILL like the MR2 more, then you might very well be happier with it. Of course, you do still run the "Needler Risk", but the elapsed time between the test drives and the multiple drives should help reduce that risk. Just my thoughts.
