Spinning Wind-Up handle - on a Mini.

Different Strokes for different folks, and a sense of humor I guess..

Now that I have my Mini on order, I look for, and notice every mini on the road.

Saw a mini yesterday with an attachment to the rear of the car: A motorized spinning "Wind up" handle - about 12" across - mounted to the rear hatch.

Now since I'm thinking the Mini is really quite a performance vehicle, I think this kind of belittles the Mini - as a toy.

I suppose since people who have a mini KNOW the difference - this is self effacing - tongue in cheek humor toward those who don't.

I won't be getting one...

Lol, I think it's hilarious - but then I think the Mini is just a car, too. A fun-to-drive, aggressively cute, well-designed car that I chose because I liked it above all others, true.

On the other hand, the bumperstickers and images people put on their cars denigrating someone ELSE'S car drive me nuts, because it goes from having a sense of humor about things to being an ego trip of vast proportions.

Yea, there's one like that up in PA that I see near my parent's house sometimes. I guess if you don't want people to take your car seriously then thats your decision... But you have to have a good sense of humor about it...

Thats my MINI and I only put it on the car for special events. I like it and it serves a purpose for me when I show the car at these events.
