Dealer Service Recommendation

Shortly after I picked up my 2006 JCW from my dealer in Miami, FL, I requested a quote on installing the JCW suspension. I got the distinct impression that they were not interested in doing this type of work. For example, labor alone for installation was quoted at $1,200. Their BMW cars appear to be their priority so I am hesitant to take my car back for even normal service/ warranty work.

Waht dealers in the area (from Miami to Palm Beach) have you used and would recommend - - both from the perspective of competence as well as cusromer frendliness?

I don't have any personal experience, but I used to live in Miami and was planning to deal with Lauderdale MINI instead of the two Miami dealers that were closer to where I lived (I escaped Miami before I got to order my MINI, though). I have heard great things about Lauderdale MINI and even met a few of their staff at a Ft. Lauderdale auto show. I also researched on NAM and other forums, and it seems that others have had good experiences there as well.

Been into Braman in WPB
Took our MINI in for an air bag light and some paint blemishes. Service was top-notch and the car was ready ahead of time. Only down side was the crummy loaner we got.

Hang on...

Did your 2006 JCW get the JCW package from the factory? If so it already have the JCW brakes and suspension.

Nope , the 2006 factory JCW package only includes the brakes, not the suspension.

DON'T DEAL WITH ANY MIAMI "Dealers!" They are, at best, amateurs. Lauderdale is a different world-infinitely better!

Lol! At least your dealer gives loaners. As much as I like MINI of Peabody (in Mass.) they don't give loaners.
