Sorry for asking something old, but what's the thread w/ the info on making/placing a personalized signature logo? Does one need to be a graphic artist? A photoshop expert?

I made mine with:
1 sunny day
1 digital camera
a large water falls
1 borrowed logo (with permission)
mix with photo shop inside a box 500 x 100 pixels

throw out most of the attempts

results my sig

motor on

I did mine with Photoshop as well...

I don't mind doing others if you like mine...

Thanks for the offer, almedia. After a bit of fiddling, I finally found something I can live with. Embarrassing amound of trial and error needed in messing w/ graphic converters, JPEGS, and sizing, but experience is the best teacher.

By the way, I like your sig just fine- it's elegant and simple- the contrast on the S looks great.

This is really freakin'me out. I know the link in my sig area is correct but it doesn't always load on the forum pages. I have it hosted on a geocities page...any ideas why it doesn't load from there???????? :evil:

Free servers like that aren't always reliable...I used to post mine on a yahoo server, but I had the same problem. You really need to get something reliable.
