You Know You're a Mini Owner When........
You begin to refer to your Mini as "My Precious."
When with friends, you insist on taking two cars so you can drive.

Good thread idea!
You tell your car "Good Morning" and/or "Good Night".

Although there have been similar threads over the years, I am going to let this one roll, and
not merge it. Always nice to revisit this topic.

You chase a similar MINI through your neighborhood honking and waving wildly while saying "LOOK PENELOPE!! It's your sister!"
Did that today. Hubby, and other MINI driver, thought I was NUTS

his MINI because it's at your place and could use a little shine!
(Dylan got a bath the weekend before so she was okay with it.

When not in the car, you feel anxious without your keys somewhere on your person. I know I get like that.

^ Yup. Happends to me all of the time! My keys fell out in another car and luckly another person found them for me. I was more worried that I wasn't going to get to drive my MINI home rather than someone steal it!

You know you're a MINI owner when....
you buy a trailer hitch and then a trailer kit, assemble the entire thing, paint it black and start to buy decals for the trailer. All this so you can take the MINI on any upcoming road trips instead of the nice big truck with DVD players and all kinds of cargo room
See trailer, after paint, but before sides and decals

I see those all the time at Solo 2 events. The Mini drivers use them to haul their mounted racing slicks to the event.

Well, I will also use it to haul wheels, an EZ Up, chairs and my cooler to Driver's School, so I had an ulterior motive!

you know you're a MINI owner when...
you drive your friend's SUV and nearly roll it over forgetting to slow down on a wicked turn!
