Wrecked & repaired, now MINI goes "rrroom rrroom . . . "
I recently slammed a curb sufficient to wreck my right front and rear wheels, front rotor, steering knuckle, etc. After a $3800 repair, the car goes rrroom rrroom in a rhythmic (1.5 cycles per second) low amplitude rumble that I can feel particularly at 2500 to 3000 RPM. I can see the vibration in my rear view mirror. I'm calling the service guy tomorrow, but I don't know how to convey the problem.
Any suggestions?

Who ever did the work in the first place should fix it free of charge. Did you claim it with your insurance? If you did, and it some how passed their inspection, call them. If it was a body shop or MINI that did it, they messed up.
Let us know how it turns out.

I think it's time to contact the insurance company that paid for the repair.
The MINI has a unique feel of it's own. I hope you get it straightened out with minimum of fuss.
