Have any of you had any issue with the hood scoop cutting into the two middlle spark plug wire shields?

I post pics tomorrow......it's black plastic trim behind the foam that sits over the intercooler......I had an issue with the top right motor mount leaking before so it makes me wonder if it was caused then when the Motormount was shot.

2005 MCSa 4/2005 Build.
What? It sounds like your issue is totally unrelated to the scoop. The motor mounts have failed on several newer cars on the passenger side. I don't understand how your scoop is hitting your wires. If anything if you have a larger intercooler and wires then they might hit as mine do for a while in the past.
