28% in the front and 15% in the back in FL. I'm tossing the dice and wet 15% all around. Yup in Sebastian

looks good, darker than I was brave enough to go. I went with 20% all around and 5% on the sunroof and across the windshield. Tinted windows look so good on a black top MINI

i am so jealous. i would do the same if not darker, but i have had bad luck with dark tint. on my previous car i got a ticket for having 5% on my eclipse. i had to remove it all and prove it to a judge...what a waste of money :( i would do it though if i knew i would not get caught hehe. looks good though!!

That really looks good! I currently have 20% all around on my daily driver. Basically in Vegas, you can get away with any tint. The funny thing is that it's still so easy to see out of the car at night that I feel I can go even darker. So I plan on going 15% all around.

I'll have to look at the sunroof when I get it, but I'm thinking I'm probably going to have to do something with that since there is no opaque shade to block the sun. Vegas summers don't work too well with a black roof and black interior

Looks great! You might be able to get away with that in FL, but here in WI I would last about 10 minutes on the street and would be pulled over.

A while back a friend of mine that had moved from FL to WI have dark tint, maybe 20% in the back and side windows of her Ford. She was given three days to remove it or would be fined a crazy amount of cash and then go before a judge to be court ordered to remove it.

I get my windows tinted on Tuesday at 30%. Can't wait.

50% front sides, 35% rears is what's legal in Wisconsin. Hope you're not around Racine. Tint is the local cops "stop du jour" They like a reason to stop and sniff around. That said, I'm 30% all around.

Looks good but illegal. Other than making it difficult to see at night under some conditions, not being able to make eye contact with other drivers at intersections or when changing lanes can also be a problem.

I don't think the police around here like walking up to a car without being able to see what the driver and passengers are doing either.

Good luck.

This doesn't look too good in the picture they show, but check-out this black out tape:

http://www.myminiparts.com/proddetai...prod=BOT&cat=9

Or, for $30 less, just use a roll of 1/2 inch electrical tape.

Biggest change I can seen now is how much better the A/C works. I felt that the MINI A/C would struggle to cool the cabin in the hot FL sun. Now I don't need to run it in MAX mode now!

meh, ive never been a big fan of black rims. I think the car looks fine but black rims remind me of ever r1cer who takes off their hubcaps and just has the inner black of the car rims showing.
