Did this MCS used to be loved by you?

I was looking on eBay for used MCS with JCW, and I came across this one for sale at Fort Lauderdale, FL.

I was just wondering if this MCS w/JCW belonged to any NAM member?
The car was originally registered at Illinois, I think...

I also suggest checking out MINIUSA.COM and putting together a car for yourself there, too... I first started looking at USED MINIs as well. For the money you'll spend on a 2002 you could really do well in a later model, maybe more reliable MCS... not that the 2002 is bad but from what I've read around here, the later versions like 2005 on up seem to have MOST of the minor "bugs" worked out of them.
That's a beautiful looking car but I personally don't admire the interior as much unless the body colour is there on the doors and dash - but that's just me. ;-)
Whatever you do GOOD LUCK. We hope you buy a MINI. Join the cult!!

love the user name art, speaking of which on a side note, i really want to change mine, is there anyway i can do this without having to create a new account?

but i live near that mini and im pretty sure ive seen it driving around a few times. i mean it could be a different one, but ive only seen one such mini with such an..."interesting" lower nose bra, and it was definitely a CR one that ive seen. i dont know thought id just add that in

Most people around here know better than to strap a bra on the car....given that it only has 10k miles, the bra was not just for highway trips.

Thanks for all the helpful comments!
I love this community, I just can't stop reading posts here. I may have to be admitted on the "John Cooper Addiction Center".

Anyway, I've been thinking of buying a MINI since I had to let go my beloved Passat W8 on January. I'm planning on visiting MINI of Universal City, down on Lankershim Blvd, which is the closet dealer from my house, so I can get a quote for a new MCS.
Has anyone bought their MINI there? I did a search and I found completely opposite comments on this dealer.
