What factors were considered in the sub-categories? Fuel economy, performance, or ???

In its class (1.4 - 1.8L) I think it's an overall of factors (performance, fuel economy, technology,...)

bah... they had to put at least one hybrid engine in there lol

so consider MINI's engine in 2nd place!

i thought my VQ motor was pretty capable... (v6 3.5L) oh well.
