I don't have a cover. I really like the zipper cover. But I think it is way to expensive. I have a cheap small car cover on the Miata, I have put it on the cooper and it covers nicely. really only keeps the dust off though. For true protection remove all bicycles and other Items that attract children. Garages are for cars and tools not kid's. Don't know of any other way.

I have the outdoor cover and use in the garage. It goes on easy and protects my MINI well. I like it.

I have the MINI Outdoor cover from the dealer retails for 197.00. Did have to modify the antenna holebut it works good. Got it when I picked up my MINI.

I also have the MINI factory outdoor cover. (two-tone silver/black).
Fits perfectly, goes on easy and looks great! I recommend it highly..

$200 is WAY too much. Don't waste your $$$ at the dealer. I bought mine at AutoAnything.com for about $130. I think they have a cheaper "interior use only" cover for less than $100.

Get a Covercraft Tan Flannel Cover for inside use. It is pretty heavy and protects very well. It is very soft on the inside. Mine has been on the car in my heated garage since November. Fit is excellent. You can get it mail order for around $130.
