The good ship Titus will arrive at Port Hueneme (Oxnard, Ca.) around 3/1 with my Chili Red MCS. Does anyone know how long it would be before they start shipping cars to dealers after the ship arrives?

I'm estimating 5-7 days based on what people are saying. I've seen 1 day and I've also seen 21 days. We''ve missed you in the March club. Come on by and say Hi!

Bill is correct, I have seen different time frames. My Mini was off the ship and to me in three days (deliver to WA) while others have waited for21 or more days.

Just hope and call ASK MINI twice a day.

I hear it averages two to four weeks now. Me,August production took 10 days after the ship landed. The wait was a killer.

I heard things used to be backed up at Port Hueneme. My MCS was just processed thru there on the 19th of this month. Got released to the trucking company the next day. So some people have talked about long times @ Port, but it might be a matter of how much repair/re-work has to be done and also how backed up they are.

Were any of you Port Hueneme deliveries going to SF or other N. Cal dealers? I'm curious as to how many days on the truck. My car is on the Titus, which is due in on March 3.

My MINI left Port Hueneme on Friday AM and was in Tacoma, WA at noon on Saturday. I think to SF would be a less than half a day. The truckers like to get their trucks to destination and unloaded quickly. They make more money that way.

Wow!!! That was a fast drive up the coast! So far my timing from order to production to shipping has been timely, so I'll hope for the same on the last leg of the journey!

I'm on the "21 or more days" end of the spectrum.
7 days-from port to Oxnard(VPC)
5 days-at the VPC
7 days-at port waiting for a ship to Honolulu
? days-from Cali. to my dealer

The extra ship across the Pacific puts me in the "21 or more days"

I love the MINIhune. great idea for a lic. We visited the Honolulu Mini dealer last week while visiting our daughter. I got a Hawaii MINI lic. bracket. I'll have the only one in the Sierra.
The wait sound like a killer.
