Ok i currently do not own a Mini Cooper, but i have wanted one for quite some time. I noticed last month that they are coming out with a special edition Cooper w/ brembo brakes, recaro seats, 218hp, aero kit etc. It says they are only making 2000 of them. What is this model called and does anyone know how much they are going to be? iam most diffently buying one so any help will be appreciated, thanks.

No sunroof. The goal is to shave 40kg (88 lbs) off the car. Having a sunroof would go against that objective.

i dunno i read a article that said brembos but i could be wrong they might be the JCW brakes.

 

The US version won't have Recaro seats.

Its US safety regs. I dont quite understand why they wont sell them in canada though...

 

ive driven cars with recaro's and i feel like i have much better control of the vehicle i guess the united states doesnt feel the same
