Am i reading this right? antsmini is nyillustrator is now a mini car salesman?? I recall some remarkably negative invective from nyi regarding his car. Now selling them? Did your profound disappointment w/the car and customer service come up in your interview process? Do tell about your conversion?!?

 

Congrats antsmini!!!.. I too work at a MINI dealership. (Roadshow MINI). I absolutely love my job and work with the best people.

What part of "Govt" do you work for,??,Sure is not the Federal Govt"!..Have to work 41 years and 11 months to get 80% of Salary and is only if you R in the old plan..Pre-1984!! Also if you were 45 you would take a 20% hit" for not being 55 again under the "old" plan,,New plan if far less generous!!,,Must be a State or local Govt position? (I too plan on looking into a job with Mini after I retire in a little over a year, ..but probably would not make all that much $'s because of limited supplies of Mini;s..

It's great to see that you've overcome the horrible tranny problems and come to enjoy your MINI. What changed your mind? How ironic that you went from MINI hater to MINI employee--That's awesome! Now you can make sure no one else goes through your same frustrations.
