Way cool. I had no idea there were so few people involved, even when there are, there doesn't seem to be a huge crew! Nice link!

wedding bells

I love the wedding bells for the bonding of the body and chassis. That was a neat video.

That was really cool. I'd like to be the guy at the end that gets to drive it off the line

Forget driving it off the line. There is a guy who drives the car into a special testing machine and they get the car up to 100 mph after all the system checks. I wanna be that guy

I can't help but think of all the robots that built all the robots that built our MINI's. . . .

I wonder what kind of robots built those robots?

Fun Film! It's been on the MINIUSA site as long as I can remember under the Build Your Own dropdown menu. You'll have the option of choosing which Player you prefer - which could mean better resolution than you may be getting here.

Great video! I could totally visualize my Grimace passing through there just a few days ago.

I doubt it. I remember seeing it before and the resolution at the MINI Site sucked as well. IIRC, it is also on teh CD that you get with your car and the resolution was no better.

I know the resolution wasn't all that, but I suspect a few of those robots were showing off. Nice piece...very interesting.
