I would like to see:

a true "british racing green" (non-metallic & lighter green than current color),
and also a deep blue (non-metallic & darker than Indi).

Velvet Red on an S would be a good start...but if you're talking TOTALLY different:

-that funky purple color on the last gen M3
-BASF color changing paint
-Spicy Orange, ala the new turbo Protege MP3
-that Candy Blue color MINI tried and axed
-yes, REAL BRG, I mean "metallic" and "BRG" gives me shivers
-Fly Yellow

There was another color post, but oh well I'll post here too.
Here's a picture of the color I'd like to see, and on the S as well:

road construction sign orange would be my top choice, not that I would actually want it, but I want to see an orange MINI.

And since you brought up the Brit Green, I agree that it is almost criminal to call my MINI's color British Racing Green because it absolutely is NOT BRG!

I have nicknamed it "Bavarian Black Forest Green" which is really much more appropriate for this BMW color.

I would be happy if all of the current colors were available on all models.

I could definately see a true British Racing Green (similiar to a Jaguar BRG).
What about a White Cooper S with a black roof?
Where are all the guys with Photo shop to make this happen???

I think they should consider giving a few more choices on interior colors.
Oh and more solid colors!

I agree on Orange but not roadsign orange. I would like to see the old color orange that was on Triumph Stag's and also on Fiat spyders!

BURNT METALLIC ORANGE is the color I'm going to mix in House of Kolor Kandies.

It's an expensive job... so, if anyone would liek to send a donation to make it happen...

Feel free..

Make your checks out to -

Thanks

At an automotive trade show a couple of years back, I saw a color that I would loveeee to have on the MINI. Its one of those "flip-flop," "chameleon" colors. Its called Candy apple pearlescent blue. I know...candy apples aren't blue. But that refers to the depth of the clear coat...it looks soooo slick and deep. Amazing. It looks blue one minute...then pink...then purple. Amazing color.

House of Kolors does make some sweet paints also
