I put 'em On!

Well, I had hoped to wait until it got a little warmer, but I got antsy today and put them on. She's almost complete now, but I got a letter back from the state saying the vanity plates I wanted for her are unavailable. That really sucks. It's probably some dude with an antique car that takes it out once a year, but he's got the plates I want! Oh well, I hate to re-name her, but I have to brainstorm on this a little. Thanks and here's a pic of my ID.

-Chris

Does it have to be 3-number and 3-letter?

I guess the 3-number, 3-letter combo makes for an easy transition into a custom plate.

"Jazz360!" I bought my stickers @ Target for $1.99! Which is why I didn't go too crazy when there was only one capitol Z in the packet...

That actually looks cool with the two different size Zs.

I thought I was going to be all trick by choosing "MOTOR3R" since it's also available as a WA license plate, but the motoring ID doesn't allow letters in the last 3 places!

Oh well.. back to the drawing board...

Has anybody else noticed that if you put 2 numbers in it automatically puts a "0" before them?

Ha yes it does, but if you only put 2 digits that's your ID. It put's the 0 in the window graphic.

Actually If I send you a message from the OL, it comes through as CURV24. You can send me a message at both CURV24 or CURV024, both will get to me.

I went with COOP 531, and ordered a fake front europlate with the ID to replace my random one. I really wanted the ID to match my vanity plate:

Think I still need the window stickers or will the the front plate satisfy the MINIUSA police in case they pull me over?

Is it OK that I got my ID before my car? I'm MOTO975.

On order, no production date scheduled...

I have JET 787 as my Motoring ID but unfortunately the state of WA doesn't allow 3 letter / 3 number combinations. The reverse aren't allowed either, so JET 787 & 787 JET are not allowed and removing the spaces doesn't work either.

I don't work for Boeing, but that 787 is going to be a cool jet when it launches.

Maybe a personalized license plate frame?

EDIT: I changed my Motoring ID to JET 37 so I can have the option of putting it on a plate someday.
