Hadn't noticed this before, so I am a late comer. Seems you can only chose the letters and they assign you a number. So, I'm now FAST008

 

Just curious as to where Cabrio owners have typically displayed their IDs.

 

I'm pretty sure you can choose a number--or else I wouldn't have WHEE952

 

I have mine just below the license plate on the boot.

 

I've been trying to choose a number, but in making several tries they seem randomly assigned (I assume of what is still available). If anyone knows any different, please share the secret. I've already changed mine 3 times trying for a combination of word and numbers I'd really want to keep, forever. So, I'm no longer FAST008. I'll post my final one (and get stickers for it), when I'm sure I'll be keeping the one I really want.

 

It was a little challenge (the number box must be highlighted, then the numbers can be changed), but I figured it out, finally.
