Ouch! is right! Wow.

Is that the flashers on? I guess that part of the system worked! I wonder if it cut the fuel supply and unlocked the doors, too? Oh, wait - the door was blown off.

Ouch.

wish I knew the exact details of this unfortunate accident, but it looks like it did a bit of rolling and sliding.

amazing to see that the vehicle is still in the shape of a MINi after its ordeal.

I am sure the driver survived, although it kind of looks like there is a forehead mark on the windshield (no seatbelt?)

I would guess that the "forehead mark" is a result of the flip that also created the large dent in the front of the roof - and not an actual forehead.

I too am impressed with the overall shape after what appears to have been a relatively brutal crash.

Certainly suspect the drive to be OK. Maybe not GREAT - but OK. Hope so.

Ouch.

BTW, is that a sunroof? It seems shiny enough up there to be glass - but it's not shattered. Impressive.

This person used to post on Roadfly a lot as Marcus_San Diego. He and his wife were coming home - had a mishap with an SUV

It rolled several times - slid on the sunroof quite a ways

Man. Think we need to have a moment of silence. As one of our own has fallen. Must have been going pretty good to smash every piece of the car. Damn shame.

Mini2Go:

If you want to know about the flashers going when you're in an accident, it's true.

I am VERY sad to say that I found this out the hard way - someone slammed into me from behind pretty hard yesterday morning. Now my wee one is away from me getting repairs. But the lights did turn on.

Chips-O Sorry to hear that. It sounds like everyone was physically OK - sure hope so. Also hope that the other person's insurance is covering the damages. Too bad you'll be without your "wee one" for a bit.
