Anyone know what the buzz is near the speedo on start if you wait a few secs before starting? Sometimes happens, mostly doesn't

MINI2 FAQ says its speedo recalibration, a normal quirk. One thread said it was potential low battery voltage but I have a voltmeter and its steady above 14 volts while running.

Anyone get it? Quirk?

 

Yea, I hear it too, but I am a newbie.

 

I have a buzzing too that goes away when I press parts of the dash, e.g. the chrome ring around the speedo, the black background behind the ring, or the silver headliner. I've been assuming it's some ill-fitting parts of the dash.
