Greetings,
I am proud to announce the latest arrival and addition to our family. We are now the proud parents of a cute, adorable, beautiful and somewhat agressive Cooper S with a silver complection. The wait is over. She was delivered 2-1-03. The delivery was smooth but a little long at 4 hours. She arrived fully equipped without guidance though, so we will have to keep her pointed in the right direction. We are learning alot about her. She loves having her buttons pushed and responds in a proud and very dignified way to each command. At a little over 24 hours old she has logged over 150 miles - on the most beautiful day of the year (to date) in sunny south Florida. Motoring on Indian River Drive with the sunroof open and the windows down at about 70F, it was pure bliss.
We look forward to being active members of the MINI community. We are already booked for the Florida MINI Meet in St. Pete on 3-8/9. Look forward to meeting many of the Florida MINI Enthusiasts and sharing MINI mania!!!!.

100 miles to go on the break in. hate that term! and i can get out of second gear. cant wait to hear the supercharger howl! love that new baby or we will get after you. mini protective services.

Thanks for the encouragement. We are definitely loving owners of our newest family member. And yes, when the tach tickles the 5K mark the supercharger really wants to kick in. Can't wait to push it up 6.5K. But until we go through the "break in" period we are treating her like gold. No abuse in this family. It puts a smile on our face every time we take her out. And the reaction is fun and positive!

Congrats! I picked up Ollie and, after a full day of motoring, just kind of stared lovingly out of the window at him as the snow piled on.... Glad the weather cooperated with your delivery!

As for break in, mine officially ended yesterday.....

Picking up my baby comming Sat 2-8-03. In S snowy NE it won't be so hot with motoring in salt. Still looking forward to mee my baby and see the damages from the partying ......
