Those silver checker strips add lots of personality to it...
And really match to the silver top and other chrom insert.

I am almost as excited as my dear wife about the new Cooper!

The stripes definitely complete that package and do a great job of bringing the silver and purple haze paints together. I just KNEW it needed something when I saw that bare bonnet so far away from the silver roof. . .
