Is any body else as crazy as I am? I took my delivery sticker off the window and saved it. Then I decided it would be cool to have it laminated for posterity. After all, it shows my VIN, options, features, etc. It also reminds me that this was the first car I ever bought at full sticker. But the joke was on them... I might have paid a premium to get one sooner!

I hope to keep the car for a long time (at least until my wife forces me to sell it because I also want a roadster when they come out. We'll fight that battle when the time comes!) But I thought it would be neat to attend events or car shows and put it up in the window.

I thought it would be expensive to do, since it's relatively large, but Kinkos only charged me around $4. Did anybody else do this too? My wife thinks I'm nuts!

Hmmm, I like you way of thinking, I got two with my car, the one off the window and a virgin copy in the glovebox, Kinko's here I come.

a friend of mine is using it in a "Mini" scape book, she's making for me
along with the "mini" barf bag, "Mini" x-mas card,
and all the other "mini" stuff they sent me
and of course, we can't forget "Bat boy steels a Mini" from the Worldly Weekly News for the scape book

I already have my MCS binder started, and it hasn't even been delivered yet!

Laminating the sticker is a great idea; I love the framing concept, LOL

Does everyone get two window stickers? One on the window and one in the glovebox? That's cool!

Shoot! I've gotta find one - I put it in a "special place" so I wouldn't lose it! Now...where is that special place!

I have always kept the window stickers from all my new cars. The dealer I bought my BMW's and MINI from laminates them for you without asking and it is presented as part of the delivery package.

Hmmm. . . good idea! I work in a library and we have a laminator right there! I also saved the little "your MINI has been inspected from boot to bonnet" sash that was on the dashboard when I picked it up (reminded me of the paper bands you used to see on motel toilet seats. . . "sanitized for your safety&quot plus the MINI mints and everything else.

I have one on those xyron craft machines that laminates and makes any piece of paper into a sticker. I laminated mine and plan to put it in my scrapbook.

You're not nuts...I DID THE SAME THING....I thought I was nuts....I also saved all the stuff that came with the car. The mints, never opened, the boot to bonet sticker, everything. Have it in a scrap book. This is the first car I have purchsaed new since 1984. And that was a 1984 Dodge 600es Turbo Convertible. Still have it and she looks like she came out of the showroom. I was upset I lost all the stuff from that car during various moves.

I like the way you think !!!!!
