on the average I found you REALLY feel 20-30 WHP...but if you do a CAI or somethign like that...you'll here the HP and so you think you feel it

Reason I Ask...

My last experience at the dyno, there was a similar car to mine with similar upgrades except the pulley... the other car only did 4whp greater than mine.

What was the baseline on the other car? Was it the same whp as yours?

It added 15 whp to the other MINI MCS. I am not sure what it would add to yours but most likely in the same neighborhood as the other. 170 whp is strong for stock since the MCS for 05 is rated 168 at the crank.

4 horsepower is very hard to feel a difference with the seat of the pants meter. That meter is usually very easy to skew.

Are those SAE corrected numbers? STD correction? Or actual output?

There is a thread somewhere about "dog" Minis. Cars that "out of the box" do not live up to their specs and converesly Minis that out perform the spec. Maybe your car is an over acheiver and the other is under. My guess is that you will get the 12 -15 that others get from a pulley.
