Although MINIUSA says I'm slated for production on 1/10, I called ASK-MINI a day ago and I found out that the car was already built . Checked a post tonight in the "Can't Wait For Feb." thread, and there's a link to check shipping status using the last 7 letters and numbers of one's VIN. Followed it to Cargo Status History, and found out that my MC (silver w/black top,all packages) was received at Southhampton Terminal at 7:36 AM today, and is booked on the Jupiter Diamond, destination Port Hueneme, Calif. (I'm in Oregon). Anyone else have this booking? There's a booking number on the page, but no scheduled date of departure. Any way to check further and find that out? I want to know how excited I should get at this point. Seems like we're way ahead of schedule. and I'm expecting an early March delivery. Could it come earlier? Oh please, I hope so I did a search, and found the Port's website, and there are some phone numbers, so I'll be calling some folks tomorrow and asking about the Jupiter Diamond. This is really getting fun

Sure enough, I just went back to the Wallenius Wilhelmsen web site and checked the scheduling link, and all the info about the Jupiter Diamond is there. :smile:

What's the number for ASK MINI?

I've seen it posted here (on MCO) before, but haven't found a solid way to search the threads/forums. I'd like to call and get an update on my MINI. Has been "scheduled fo production" for 01/24/03 for many weeks now.
