I've been lurking here for several months and I finally ordered a Cooper S last weekend. Today was the first day that I was able to log in to the Owner's Lounge and track my order. I noticed in the order detail that it doesn't specify a Black Roof. Is this typical?

Thanks for the replies. I checked this morning and the Rear Fog that I added a few days ago is now listed, but the black roof still isn't. I'm starting to wonder if that's an item that isn't shown on the order details. I'll check with my MA this afternoon.
Don't be alarmed. Like you, my exact details didn't show up for about 3 days. Even then, my Anthracite Headliner never showed up. I've confirmed with my MA and ASK-MINI that my MCS does, in fact, have the headliner.
Don't even worry about it - that screen is not accurate. Your MA won't be able to tell you anythgin you don't already see. The only other information you can get is calling ask-mini and speaking to someone that can see the actual build sheet. Contrary to advice given on forums, the MA is pretty useless for order/tracking info. You see everything they do and they have no shipping info. ASK-MINI is all you need.

Once your car leaves the dock, your MA is the one who has the Bill of Lading info (that you can't get from ASK MINI or the OL). If you're on Wallenius, you can track through the WW website. If not, your MA -- and only your MA, from what I've experienced -- can give you the info you need.
Actually my MA and ASK-MINI told me the exact opposite - this is exactly what I'm talking about. I got my info from ASK-MINI and my MA had no way to track it until it made shore. This was just a couple months ago - perhaps things have changed from the past.

Having just gone through the order tracking process a few weeks ago, it took about two weeks before my screen showed the correct stats for color and options. My BRG/B was listed the whole time as CR/W, imagine my surprise at that little switch. My MA did warn me ahead of time about that though. He said that the intial listing is pretty generic and that it takes a bit for the order to be processed before the proper info shows up. Dealer options wont ever show so if you asked for mirror caps as a dealer option, dont expect to see them on the list. Also, if your mirror caps are the same color as the roof, I doubt it will show that, I know mine didnt say anything about mirror color.
