How far do you drive to YOUR dealer?

Just curious on what kind of haul everyone makes to their dealer when it comes time for service? I have my '05 MCS ordered though a dealer in St. Louis, MO, and live in Anna, IL. This is about 30 min. south of Carbondale, IL, home of Southern Illinois University(I'm don't attend), and about 155 miles away from the dealer. This was closest for me, as opposed to driving to Chicago, Memphis, TN, or Indianapolis. So how far do you go to own a car like the MINI? By the way, this will be my only car, and will be daily driven a minimum of 60 miles per day.

200 miles, about 2 and 1/2 hr each way. OKC and Kansas city about equal distance for me.

My dealer is about 60 miles away, but I've only been there once, thank goodness!

I consider myself fortunate in that I live only a few miles from both Crevier MINI and Irvine MINI - about five miles in either direction from my house.

We are pretty lucky - our dealer is only about 15 miles from our house...

82 miles door to door...

and it's not bad, but I wish they'd allow the BMW dealers to service them.

No idea on the mileage, but roughly an hour. Maybe more in traffic. On ordinary service days, I don't really mind. I like the trip and just make someone come with me and we make a day out of it.

When I had to order a new key and just need to get it programmed.. takes like a minute... and their service department isn't open on Saturday and I'm in class Mon-Fri I mind a whole lot.

I live between two dealerships--about 30 minutes to both, depending on the traffic.

Please don't hate me, but I have 3 mini dealers with in 12 miles of my home. My dealer Univeral City Mini is 8 miles. On the down side, in LA traffic it can take a week to go 8 miles.

45 miles to pittsburgh

Not too bad , unlike people who live 650 miles or over two hours in the middle on nowhere , and I thought I was far away.

I used to live next to the dealer back in 2002. I saw the first MINI in person from my deck. I can see MINI dealer parking lot from my bedroom window. That's how I got my love at the first sight.

Now I just moved 5 miles from the dealer.

BTW I have an appointment to be serviced Friday. This will be the first time I’ve gone to a dealer in over two years.

I live 15 blocks from Downtown MINI in Orlando. Am I the closest to my dealer?
