Wow, I'm practically across the river from you, in Cape Girardeau.
Though St Louis is closer, I have not at all liked their treatment of me the two occasions I've dealt with them, so when it came to buy mine, I went to Memphis. Roadshow MINI is 200 miles from my house.
...and I'm counting on "better than traditional MINI reliability".
p.s. Like a previous post indicated, trip would be cut to 60 mi if BMW dealers worked on MINI
Just curious on what kind of haul everyone makes to their dealer when it comes time for service?
My dealer, Otto's MINI, is 85 miles away. Middletown, PA to West Chester, PA. MINIUSA shows it as 60 miles from me, but that must be "as the crow flies"... My car is also a daily driver. I get razzed by co-workers for the MINI being dirty, but I ain't gonna wash it every night just for the ride to work...

My 650 mile trip would be cut to 1 1/2 miles if BMW serviced MINIs.
My closest dealer is about 45 miles away and the other is about 55 miles. The one that is 45 miles away from home is about 5 miles from my work...Haven't needed service yet though!
'05 MCSC ... To Brecht MINI in Escondido, CA ... Each way about 100 miles. Will probably start taking both MINI's here for service now.
'02 MCS ... To Nick Alexander MINI in Los Angeles ... Each way about 100 miles.
There are some closer ones (Irvine and Assasel), but neither of them ever called me back when I was looking to buy my first MINI in Dec '02, so I don't go there.
I have about a 35-40 min drive to dealer across the Bay and in different county. Not bad compared to some, but there is a BMW dealer close to my work and Ferman, my dealer, has a huge dealership within a mile of my home.
Is it really so hard to work on these that they need to be so centralized? Ugh.
