R50/53 Mexicans!!!! (I know you're out there)
#1
O.k. I know I did this a while back before many Mexican Motorers frequented these pages, but now I'm starting to see more of you, so:
If any other Mexican Mini owners see this, answer this post and unite!
I'm hoping we can get together and form a MINI club in Mexico, maybe organize some meets in or around Mexico City.
I know you're out there!
P.S. - Hey mferguson or any other moderator, for that matter: How 'bout a regional forum for Mexico?
-Thanks..

I can read the Spanish messages in this thread and know what is being said, though.

Well, this thread has gotten a lot more posts than I had expected, and so far it looks like only one other Mexican!
A big thank you goes out to all of the non-Mexicans who have posted and expressed their support, some of you even in spanish! (Very well spoken, I might add)
I hope we have not offended or alienated anyone with our sporadic use of Spanish, I do realize that this thread is posted in the "Mini talk" forum and until we have access to a Mexican regional forum I would invite my other Mexican "compadres" to post in English so as not to exclude anyone on this forum.
Again, thank you all for your interest and support and I certainly hope we can organize a North American MINI meet in the near future!
Happy Holidays to all, and Feliz Navidad!!

One more Mexican here to join.
So far, Calvin77, Chobe and Mexminime, let´s see who else joins, now that seeing a Mini on the streets in Mexico City is becoming more common (and distracting for other drivers
Cant wait for Mini, I was hoping it was going to be my Christmas gift but now I have to wait a couple more weeks.
I just have one comment regarding the language, until we get the special Mexican section I think we should keep posting in english because otherwise we would exclude other people, and the whole idea is to have a community as large as possible.
