Still Not Shifting smoothly.... Hmmm...

I can shift very smooth when I slow down my clutch release. When I try to accelerate hard though it's the jerkyest ride you've ever felt. Another thing is when I slow down my clutch release my MINI visibly slows down and the revs drop, I have watched several motoring videos in this forum and none of the MINIs in those videos do what I do!? How do I this? I believe I'll need instructions so I can start shifting the RIGHT way! You would think after putting on nearly 2000 miles in 1.5 months I would know how to shift properly, wouldn't ya?

Thanks in Advance!
Mikey

BTW my birthday's on Friday, 16 baby, only one month until your kids and pedestrians are no longer safe!! Just kidding just keep them indoors!

I think it's your right foot that hasn't grasped the throttle roll off yet during
wot.

You have to roll off the gas a little bit so the car doesn't buckle
forward, clutch in, pause a brief split second and clutch-out/mash gas.
You should feel little to no jerk if you time it correctly.

If you're to powershift you're going to get a pretty decent jerk with a
nice chirp.
