hey everyone i ordered my MCS on Monday Feb 20. the salesman told me it would be ready in 8 weeks. is that a March or April production date? is there a March or April production thread floating around? thanks!

 

Should be a March production - your MA should be able to tell you exactly what week it is being built.

 

Don't forget you can call 1-866-ASKMINI with your production number for up dates.

Who's your dealer? South MINI, Braman or Lauderdale MINI?

It seems to me your car will be a March build, possibly towards the middle to the end of next month. Once the car is completed production, it should take another 2-3 weeks before it reaches your dealer.

My '05 MCS just finished production on 2/19/05 and it sailed yesterday on the boat (Madame Butterfly) towards Charleston, SC and should get there on 3/9/05. I expect to take delivery on 3/19/05 at Lauderdale MINI.
